Mrs. Norma Ann Barrino Jackson was born on July 28, 1960 in Union County, NC Tom Sanders and Odessa Huntley Barrino.  She received her wings from our Heavenly Father on February 11, 2021 at Atrium Health Union County, surrounded by her husband and son.  She was preceded in death by her parents: Tom Sanders and Odessa Huntley Barrino; stepfather, Granger Barrino; and Grandmother, Mittie Huntley of Cleveland, OH.

Norma was educated in Union County Public School System and graduated in the Class of 1979 from Forest Hills High School in Wingate, NC.

Norma was united in Holy matrimony to Willie James Jackson for 23 years.  Norma, affectionately known as “Ann,” gave her life to Christ at an early age.  She was a devoted member of Mt. Calvary African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church where she served on the Usher Board and loved singing on the Women's and Mass Choirs.

Norma was a very outspoken person, she enjoyed being pampered, attending family functions, traveling, fishing, shopping, planting flowers, and yard selling with family and friends.  Christmas was her favorite holiday!
